Q. Are the sarees pictured exactly the same as the ones that are shipped?
A. Yes, they are the same sarees. Sometimes, the colour may appear a little different on your computer/phone/tablet screen and this could be due to lighting and/or limitations of photography.
Q. Where is your store located?
A. We are a fully-online store and do not have retail outlets. Our offices are located in Mumbai and Kolkata.
Q. Do you offer payment by cash on delivery?
A. We do not offer the cash on delivery option for payment, as it adds significant overheads and does not allow us to offer the best prices to our customers.
Q. Can you get falls and edging (pico) done on the sarees?
A. Yes, please put in a request in the notes section during ordering, and we will get the falls and edging done on the sarees for no additional charges. This will require an additional 3-4 days for delivery.
Q. Can you provide matching readymade blouses for the sarees?
A. Yes, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and blouse size. We will procure the blouses for you and you can pay for the blouses and sarees together at the time of checkout.
Q. What are the delivery charges for shipping within India?
A. There are no delivery charges for shipping anywhere within India.
Q. Do you ship outside India? What are the delivery times and charges for shipping to international destinations?
A. We deliver shipments to thee following countries outside India - USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, The Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, UAE, Bahrain and Bangladesh. All shipments are sent using reputed courier agencies. Shipping charges will depend on your location and will be confirmed at the time of order placement. Delivery time depends on the time taken for customs clearance in the destination country, and cannot be predicted accurately in advance. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment online.
Q. Do all the sarees displayed come with a blouse piece?
A. No, not all the sarees displayed come with blouse pieces. If there is a blouse piece, it is mentioned along with the saree description. Additionally, for the ones that don't, we can try to procure a blouse piece for you of matching colour and fabric at a nominal cost, if you make a request for it while placing your order.
Q. Can we order gifts from your site for our friends and relatives?
A. Yes. Please enter the gift recipient's name and address under "Shipping Address". You can add a personalized gift message as a note while placing the order. We will gift wrap the package and include your message in it.
