Cancellations
If you have made a purchase, but then wish to cancel the order, you can do so unless it has already been dispatched. Call us immediately and place a request for the cancellation. If the product has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. If the order has been dispatched you can still initiate a return after your receive the product.
Returns
If you have received your order and are not happy with it:
(a) Nothing wrong with the product but not too excited upon seeing it: You have multiple options:
(b) The product or package is damaged when you receive it: You have both the above mentioned options in this case i.e. either get a replacement product or simply get the full refund.
However, with your help we can take this up with courier agency afterwards. If during delivery, the package appears damaged or tampered with, first verify the contents against your order. Once verified, accept the package, but write ‘damaged’ on the proof of delivery certificate. Inform us by email within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Please provide full description of damage and if possible, attach a picture of the damaged portion with the email. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return the product through a registered courier agency.
Credit Norms:
Credits usually take 5 – 7 business days to get processed. For refunds, please check the credits in the next credit card statement.
Product Disclaimer:
The items displayed here are the exact same items that we ship to you. The images are as good a copy of the actual item as possible by digital photography. Sometimes, some colours may appear different on the computer/tablet/phone screen from the real colour. This could be due to lighting and/or limitations of digital photography. Do keep this in mind when making purchases.
